Overview (B2B Wholesale Policy)
Buywholesale.in (Operated by CP TRADEVENTIS) is a dedicated Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale supply platform. All products listed on our platform are sold in bulk quantities at direct factory-level wholesale prices.
Because we operate strictly on razor-thin wholesale margins and supply directly from manufacturing units, we follow a strict “NO RETURN, NO REPLACEMENT, AND NO CASH REFUND” policy on all orders. All B2B sales are final.
1. Strictly No Returns & No Replacements
- Final Sale: Once an order is confirmed, packed, or dispatched, under no circumstances will items be taken back, exchanged, or replaced.
- No Subjective Returns: Issues related to fabric feel, slight color or shade variations, size fitting preferences, or slow customer sales at your retail outlet do NOT qualify for returns or replacements.
- Bulk Order Nature: Unlike B2C retail platforms, wholesale trade does not support individual piece replacements or trial exchanges.
2. Quality Control & Damage Clearance
- Pre-Dispatch Quality Check: Every single shipment undergoes strict quality inspection before parcel packing to ensure zero defects, proper size ratios, and accurate piece counts.
- Factory Pricing Margin: Since goods are supplied at ultra-low factory rates, buyers/retailers absorb standard wholesale industry tolerances. No replacements are provided for minor stitch issues, loose threads, or packaging creases.
- Transit Handling: Any damage incurred during transport/courier transit is beyond our operational control. We strongly recommend verifying the parcel condition with the logistics partner upon delivery.
3. Parcel Discrepancy & Missing Item Verification
In the rare event of a missing bundle or physical parcel tampering:
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: A single, continuous, uncut 360-degree unboxing video—clearly showing the sealed parcel condition, shipping label/AWB, and complete unpacking—is strictly mandatory.
- 24-Hour Notice: Any parcel shortage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery alongside the uncut unboxing video.
- Claims submitted without an uncut video proof or after 24 hours will be rejected automatically.
- Verified shortages will be settled via Store Credit / Adjustment in your next order (No cash refunds, no standalone replacements shipped).
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders once placed and processed cannot be cancelled or altered.
- Advance payments or token amounts paid toward order confirmation are completely non-refundable.
